Terms of use

1. What BOSSRUSH is

BOSSRUSH is a website that displays public data about coins on pump.fun and lets you build trades for those coins, which you sign in your own wallet. BOSSRUSH is not pump.fun, not PumpPortal, not an exchange and not a broker. We don't hold funds, keys or coins for anyone.

2. Your wallet, your decisions

Every trade is created from your wallet and only happens if you approve it in your wallet. You're responsible for checking each transaction before you sign it, for keeping your wallet and seed phrase safe, and for any trades you make.

3. Coins aren't ours

Coins shown on BOSSRUSH are created by third parties on pump.fun. We don't create, review, endorse or rank them. Names, images, descriptions and links come from their creators and may be misleading.

4. No advice

Nothing on BOSSRUSH is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Game terms such as "boss", "hit" and "defeated" describe on-chain activity; they are not predictions or recommendations.

5. Third-party services

BOSSRUSH depends on pump.fun, PumpPortal, Solana, Phantom and other services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, fees, errors or changes.

6. Where you can use it

You may only use BOSSRUSH where doing so is legal for you. You're responsible for following the laws of your country, including any rules on crypto assets and taxes.

7. No warranty

BOSSRUSH is provided "as is". Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the site may be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Risk disclosure

Short version: every hit spends real SOL on a highly speculative coin. Most memecoins go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.

Market risk

  • Memecoin prices can rise or fall by 90% or more within minutes.
  • A coin's creator or large holders can sell at any time, sometimes all at once.
  • A boss being close to defeat says nothing about whether its price will go up.

Trading risk

  • Prices can move between clicking and confirming. With 15% slippage protection, trades that move further fail, but failed trades still cost network fees.
  • Selling may be difficult or impossible if there are few buyers.
  • Fees from pump.fun, PumpPortal and Solana reduce what you receive on every trade.

Technology risk

  • Smart contracts, wallets and APIs can have bugs or be attacked.
  • Data on BOSSRUSH comes from third parties and can be delayed or wrong. Always check the transaction in Phantom.
  • Scam sites may copy BOSSRUSH. We will never ask for your seed phrase.

Legal and tax risk

  • Rules on crypto assets differ by country and can change.
  • Trades may create tax obligations. Keep your own records.
